Quota Warnings and FAQsOverviewThis page provides examples of Quota Warnings and instructions for you to download your e-mail from the server which lowers the disk space used. Receiving a Quota WarningIf you received a Quota Warning, this means that you have used 20 MB of server disk space or more. You should delete messages from the server to keep your disk space usage low (see instructions that follow, if you need them). Note: It is important to pay attention to a Quota Warning because of the limits set by the server. If your account reaches 25 MB of disk space, you will be unable to receive new messages. In order to provide the highest quality service, e-mail boxes are limited to 25 Megabytes and a warning is delivered when they exceed 20 Megabytes. A: The message you've received indicates that your disk space is near capacity. It could be that your preferences or settings have been set to store your messages on the server, rather than to download them to your files. To download your messages, follow the steps for your e-mail software: Outlook Express does not offer this option. If you still receive a Quota Warning, see the last FAQ in this section.
A: If you do not have the option enabled to leave all of your messages on the server, it is possible that you have large messages that are being stored. To check this option, just follow these steps for your e-mail software:

A: The Quota Warning message that you received is an auto-generated message that is sent to the mailbox of any customer whose account exceeds 20 Megabytes or 25 Megabytes of disk space.
